Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches and messages from luv.ug right away. This cannot be undone. Reports about your account may be kept in an anonymous form.

In the app

Open Profile → Edit profile and tap Delete my account at the bottom.

Log in with your phone number first, then come back to this page.

Cannot log in?

If you no longer have the phone number you registered with, email privacy@luv.ug from any address and tell us the number. We will delete the account after confirming it is yours.
