These are the rules for using luv.ug. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use luv.ug

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You may have one account, registered with your own phone number.
• You must not have been banned from luv.ug before.

2. Be honest

• Use your real first name and your own recent photos.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or make a fake profile.
• Do not use luv.ug for business, advertising or to sell anything.

3. Be kind and safe

• No insults, threats, harassment or hate.
• No nude or sexual photos and no sexual messages to people who did not ask for them.
• Never ask other members for money, airtime or mobile money. Never send money to someone you have not met.
• Do not share other members' photos, messages or phone numbers outside luv.ug.

4. Reports, blocks and bans

Anyone can report or block a member from their profile or chat. Our team reviews reports and may remove photos, close chats or ban accounts that break these rules. A banned person may not create a new account.

5. Premium

Some features may be offered as a paid Premium option. Prices and what you get are shown before you pay. Payments already made are not refunded if your account is banned for breaking these rules.

6. Your content

Your photos and text stay yours. You allow luv.ug to show them to other members as part of the service. You can remove them at any time by editing or deleting your profile.

7. No guarantees

luv.ug helps people meet. We cannot check every member and we are not responsible for what members say or do, online or offline. Please read our safety tips and meet new people in public places.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete my account or the delete account page. We may close accounts that break these rules.
